Returns & Exchanges

At Houzz, we want you to love your home, which is why most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Houzz account, go to 'Your Orders,' and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Choose your return reason and print the prepaid shipping label provided; please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all inserts and hardware included, then affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-10 business days.
